organisation. On the basis of project and operation management company can easily achieve
their targeted market with potential customers. Furthermore, this assignment divided into two
parts wherein, 1st is based on BPC Electronics which manufactured electronics items and
providing proper satisfaction to customers within the UK. 2nd is based on Axis Electronics that
manufactures electronics items like electric cars, fridge, TV and so on. Along with this
discussions will be based on principles of operation management and few concepts for regular
improvements within the organisation (Smyth, 2018). Apart from this, Project Life Cycle which
is used in the organisation.
