This organization is dealing with various types of products which includes footwear’s, grocery items, clothing etc. The report will covered introduction of chosen organization, an explanation of operation vs. operational management. It further covers areview and critique of the implementation of operations management principles within your chosen organization. This firm is facilitating all types of products and services to their users according to their wants and desires which includes home appliances, footwear, clothing etc(Xu, 2021, August). Due to facilitating wide range of products the reputation of company is easily maintained in market for long time.
