INTRODUCTION
E-government success means the use of those technologies which improves the public
sector of the organization. All audiences have many expectations from government as well as
from services provided by them. There is a lot of difference between developed countries in
comparison to less developed one. As there are lot of technologies available so it becomes easy
for government to perform but in underdeveloped countries they have to face certain obstacles.
There is much type of citizens like users, participants and so on. There are many policies for e-
government which is established and evaluated on the basis of ability so that the capacity of
producing value for citizens as customers and participants. In the case of public value
government has to deal with many goals also by making various strategies for various objectives
like providing public services, proper well-being of the community and so on. (Veeramootoo,
Nunkoo and Dwivedi, 2018)
There are different e-government transformation areas also like internal, external and
relational. In internal e-government area it enhances the efficiency of internal functions so that
government can flow the information easily. In external transformation area new possibilities
occurs so that more information can be collected by the government. In relational transformation
area the adoption of ICT encourages the relationship between all public and whole state which
affects the structure of government. E-government involves four categories like government to
citizen, government to business, government to government and government to employee. E-
government provides better services to all public as well as other businesses and reduced
corruption through social control. (Al-rawahna, Chen and Hung, 2019)
