INTRODUCTION:
Swot analysis can be defined as the study of any organisation’s internal and external factors
which affects the company decision making in many ways. Operational impact analysis has been

was founded in the year 2003 (Mihalic, 2022).

information for analysis which helps to find detailed analysis on different business units and
functional areas like marketing, human resource management, finance and many more. For this
report, marketing and human resource management has been taken into consideration with
context to the company three. (Mihalic, 2022).
MARKETING: the swot analysis for the organisation also helps the other functional areas like
marketing, which help the company to decide on what type of marketing strategies or new ideas
to develop and use them to get the best results for the company, keeping in mind the swot
analysis of the company which includes the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats
(Kaushik and et. Al., 2022).It is very important for any company to check its internal as well as
the external factors which affects the company and make all the functional strategies accordingly
in order to work them properly and get results. In context with three however, the strengths and
weaknesses has been concluded that the company has a good number of customer base which are
loyal customers towards the company but at the same time in the weakness part, the new
entrance coming continuously in the industry with new technology makes it a weakness for the
company. Hence, the company should make its marketing strategies more effective by analysing
the market situation and has to come up with new ideas in order to not lose its already existing
customers.

next functional areas taken into consideration is the human resource management. It helps the
human resource team to function more properly and efficiently in its work when it will be aware
of all the internal and external factors that are continuously affecting the company in many ways

strength of the company are its skilled employees which are given proper training programs to
enhance their skills and can work very efficiently for the company. HRM can use this
