perform their functions in Electronic sector. Company was founded in the year 1911 and offer
wide range of products like washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and
cookers. In this report discussions have been made on the scenario that, company is planning to
expand their area of service and looking forwards to launch 58 inches TV. In addition to this,
principles of operation management and continuous improvement plan are included in this
report. Lastly, project life cycle effectiveness are covered in present project.
