The chosen organisation is Hot point, which is an American and Europeanbrand company. This is engaged in the process of manufacturing, marketing and selling of homeappliances. The main products of Hot-point are Fridges and Freezers, electric cars, gas andelectric cookers and washing machines. In present time, company is planning to enter into TVsector, so that they can expand their business. The present report emphasizes on significance ofproject management and operations with its principles, results of their application.
