the major operation function of respective organization is to provide rooms, food and other kind
of services to their clients (Reid and Sanders, 2019). To accomplish the objective they require
the effective kind of communication as for serving consumers required to transfer the knowledge
and information by choosing the channel. In its operational functions includes the human
resource, housekeeping, security, public relations, providing food services and sales with finance
to serve the consumers in one of best manner. it has been analyzed that when the group of

context of LTR that previously sharing the knowledge and information by using email but they

want to change the communication tool that is Yammer that is one of most effective kind of
solution to share the knowledge in among the people of other departments. In that regards
organization faces various kinds of problems, issues that take into consideration by the
organization to remain competitive in the marketplace in positive manner. it has been evaluated
that while respective organization opt respective communication tool faces lots of problems such
as people feel resist as they feel fearful while dealing with the new kind of technology and tools
to deal in effective manner. further they also faces some sort of problems while dealing with the
new kind of communication tool or technology that need to be consider while choosing the mode

communication within the organization in effective manner.

types of facilities along with services to firm. Operational process refers to sharing as well as
