IntroductionProject management and the operation management both plays an important and essentialrole in the organization, as this helps the organization in the proper from flow(Eyers and Naim,2019). The operation management refers to the managing, directing, controlling the variousdifferent business operations where as project management is a technique or a application andtogetherness of knowledge , skills, tools and techniques from which the project and assignmentleads to its goals. In other words, operation and project management are inter related but somehow they are different from each other. These functions are very crucial for the organization asthe manager has to follow effectively and efficiently. In this report , the company is considered BPC Electronics, which is engaged inproducing the high quality product as manufacturing the printed circuit board and designing theservices to from the testing as well as production from electronic manufacturer. As it deals invarious different products, such as PCB Design, PCB Services, PCB Assemble, Research &Development. The company is formed in 1993, and having its headquartered in United Kingdom.TASK 1P1. Critique of the implementation of operations management within an organisational.There are different and various technique used used by the manager of BPC electronics inimplementation of different project management such as total quality management, inventorymanagement, just in time and there are been discussed in brief under below:TQM:TQM is also known as the Total Quality Management. It refers to the philosophyand technique which is used by management to enhance the productivity and quality in theevery activity of business organization(Johnson and Wanless, 2016). This plays an important andeffective role in improving the productivity, quality of product, reducing the manufacturing costwith the help of reducing the waste material , scrap and by re using the material effectively andefficiently as the manager of BPC electronic is also using its approach for saving their cost andthe time for effective performance of their employee for achieving the desired goals,.It has some specific principle, on which it mainly focuses on, such as to product goodquality work at first time as it saves time for redoing it effectively, also focuses on the customersatisfaction. It also considered the effective and strategic approach for the continuous

improvement of quality and productivity and also encourages the team to wok effectively andefficiently so, they can achieve the individual as well as the organizational goals.However,l it has some advantages, which helps in reducing and eliminating of errors andissues, also focuses on continuous review on each activity in work place, emphasis the needs ofmarket and many more as well as it also has some drawbacks of TQM is it, inured the huge costand time in creating the quality product.Just In Time:Just In Time is truncated as JIT, as this is an important and essential approach for theoperation management(Kumar, Mookerjee and Shubham, 2018). It is a philosophy or a techniquewhich helps in getting the right quantity of goods at right place and at right time. It mainlyfocuses on the achieving the highest volume of output at the lowest unit cost. It is a method ofcontrolling the production as it says no demand then there is no production of goods. As theproject and operation manager of BPC Electronics are considering this technique in theirworkplace as it reduces the cost as well as eliminates waste and increase the creativity and theproductivity of each employees. The JIT has a positive as well as negative impact in the organization. As it helps inbuilding the relationship with supplier and focusing on fulfilling the needs and demand of thecustomers for achieving the streamlined production and the desired setted goals. This techniqueis used the the operation manager effectively in the execution of project, which helps them toanalysis, managing , controlling the activities in the work station which helps in reducing thesystem setup and decrease the delivering time, waste which is present at incoming inspectionand the poor quality, to reduce the non-value added activities, elimination of In-plant and In-transit inventory as well as considered the quality and reliability improvement.Inventory Management:The inventory management is a also known as stock management, which is a process ofordering, storing and utilisation of stock of the company in a effective manner so that theefficient management of raw materials or stock and the finished good takes place(Lee, 2018)(Lindholm, Laine and Suomala, 2017). This includes management of raw material, componentsand equipments, finished goods, where-housing of good, manufacturing of goods of such items.It is effective approach and technique which is used by the manager of the BPC electronics, in
