This report examines the case study of Samsung Electronics Company with a view to exploring the operations of the company. It investigates the customers, suppliers, and distributors of the company with a view to understanding the global business dynamics. The report inquires De Bono’s Six hat model and designs a product using the same. It delves into the VSM model and critically examines the role of JIT maintaining healthy supply chain networks.
