 Class B and Class products would be stored in bulk. In case of
Class A products prompt import from the supply chain will be
established.
 The products in stock will have a direct relation to their
demand in the market.
 Softwares will be used to keep records and to track the
movement of goods and when there is a shortage of holding
capacity.
 Regular checking of the inventory stock and manual counting
of goods will also be performed.
