The second one is related with how these problems are overcome byapplying different techniques and action plan are included effectively.Existing problemsIn the mentioned case study, which is associated with the various issues that are faced bythe client from that particular call centre. As, in this situation the overall responsibility of themanages is to manage all those problems which are related with the calls. It has been clearly seenthat there are so many aspects which are available in it. The first one is related with bad workingof the computer system as they are using outdated software to operate the functions. While, theothers are based on behaviours of top management regarding towards the client calls. All theseare can be happen because of misinterpretation of communication among each other.
