INTRODUCTIONOperational management is a process performed by administration department to design& control the production process and to enhance productivity, profitability and to achieveobjective of the firm. Arcadia Group is multinational clothingbrand which includes variety of products such as cloths(Denims, shorts, tops etc.), accessoriesand shoes in its portfolio. Further, this report explains role of a leader & functions of managersin different situational context with the help of an example. Furthermore, this report includesdifferent theories & models of approach which includes situational leadership, system leadership& contingency. Moreover, this report includes various approaches of operation managementsuch as Lean approach, Six sigma and Total quality management. Further, this report highlightimportance & values of operation management in achieving business objective.
