1NUDE ESPRESSO1.0 IntroductionEvery food or hospitality business setup is successful based on certain basicstrategies that they need to follow in order to focus and ensure that they get new customers,retain the old ones and get more referrals. The business plan should work towards ensuringthat customers are satisfied and they keep coming back to the store. Establishing a customerbase that is loyal to the brand is every business owner’s dream. It is of paramount importanceas it will ensure that the customer core will grow along with the sales and also make surethere is ample number of referrals (McKeever 2016).Nude Espresso has opened its business in 2008 across the East London community. Ithas opened its business in various parts of Australia and New Zealand. It has developed anew process of coffee roasting through installation of a new and advanced coffee roastingtechnology. The installation of this new machine also helps in reducing energy consumption.The coffee is bought from the green bean buyers across various parts of London. NudeEspresso always provides the customers quality service and the finest and freshest coffeewith its inherent flavors. This cafe is working in co-ordination with the local suppliers tomaintain its quality. Nude Espresso also serves pastries, cakes and various bakery products tothe customers. The customers are not comfortable with the seating arrangement of the café.The restaurant is very compact and seat capacity is very limited. Coffee lovers cannot sharetheir personalized life in the cafe because there is no provision of booking a table. Thecustomers need to share the same table with other customers. Customers must be comfortableof sharing their conversation with others. A maximum of 25 customers can accommodate atthe same time in the cafe. There are 6 tables and 4 customers can sit on one single table,sharing the opposite side of the table. Nude Espresso has a good customer base and thecustomers can buy the coffee beans by visiting the stores or ordering them online. This cafespecializes in roasted coffee beans and provides mixed blends of various flavors such as

2NUDE ESPRESSOespresso, cappuccino. Nude Expresso provides complimentary cup of coffee on purchasingthe coffee beans. Nude Espresso provides good quality espresso coffee for its customers. Themanagement team is very friendly and tries to provide the best service to their customers. Asbecause, it is family owned business, the management team is very small and they always tryto satisfy the customers.This paper will highlight the operation management of Nude Espresso, the fiveperformance objectives, supply chain and quality management. 3NUDE ESPRESSO2.0 Operation management processOperation management is one of the key processes of the business as it helps to seekthe quality at which the organization is transferring the inputs of the industry to producingfinal goods as output (Ferriera 2017). The process of transferring is not same for all theindustry and requires a lot of time and resources. However, it order to operate successfullyand fight tough competition a firm has to maximize the quality of transferring these inputs inthe process of making it a final product (Zikmund, et al. 2013).
