Whereas, project management is the managing, planning, organisingof resources and tasks in order fulfil the objectives in an effective manner. On the other sideproject is also the kind of planning concept which helps people in order to make specific taskdecision properly. For the better understanding of this topic respective report is based on 2 partsin which 1st part of this report will discuss about the Hot-Point organisation, which deals withhome appliances. Wherein, 2nd part will focus on Sunshine drink organisation that deliver fruitdrinks with different flavours. Along with this, report will determine effectiveness of operationmanagement, regular changes in operational context (Artto, Ahola and Vartiainen, 2016). Lastly,project life cycle and application of PLC in context to selected firm will get covered in thisreport.TASK 1P1. Critique and review the execution of operation management principles in regards with anorganization.In order to implementation on the operation management, this process is totally dependsupon the marketing condition which mainly focuses on the several kind of strategies in businessproperly. Measure: This tool identifying the actual performance of an organisation, wherein, Hot-Point is able to know their current situation within the marketplace so that if there is somethingwrong than company can easily improve their features effectively (Fleming and Koppelman,2016). Analyse: According to this lots of issues and conflicts can be analysed in order todevelop the good environment within the company. In regards with Hot-Point, able to analysetheir all situation in front of the employees and make better solution to reduce them.
