Introduction and Company BackgroundIntroductionThere are various analysis performed on the mental health and well being in Australia andsurveys for the year 2014-15 have revealed that out of all the people belonging to age group 18-24,more than 15% suffer from high levels of psychological distress. Within children and adolescents,there are various reasons have been witnessed as a result to which they experience such mentaldistress. These reasons are stress at school, work, cyber bullying, affording a body or home image,etc. Thus, a marketing plan is important to communicate children and their peers about servicesprovided by ARACY.Company BackgroundARACY is a non profit organisation which is focussed on helping children to achieve a betterlife. This is done by bringing together researchers, policy maker and people so that they cancollectively collaborate with each other in order to solve problems faced by these children and youth.It was established in the year 2001 with an aim of developing innovative solution in order tosolve a range of complex problems which are being faced by Australia's young people. It basicallyfocussed on providing and promoting evidence based programs and strategies that re-focussed onimproving the well-being of the children as well as young people (Bennett & Chorley, 2015). Thecompany has various capabilities, as the firm, since its incorporation, worked with diverse memberswho ensured flow of effective ideas to accomplish its agenda of providing support to children withmental and psychological distress and provide them emotional as well as material support. Moreover,ARACY brings researchers, service providers, policy makers as well as youth and children to worktogether effectively and learn from one another.
