dedication has touched the hearts, a million individuals. Also, Oprah created an Angel network
in which she tries to let the individuals to use their lives to influence the lives of the others. By
seeing the dedication level of her, the individuals get inspired and motivated towards a positive
attitude towards work. The people in the workplace always get inspired by considering the

Difficulties faced by Oprah
It is evaluated that there are many difficulties that were faced by her but she overcomes all the
challenges with positive behavior and by having patience. One of the major challenges faced by
her was related to his family background. Her mother was not supportive and always pulls her
down and when Oprah was 9, she was sexually assaulted by her uncle, family, friend and cousin.
After that, she left home at the age of 14 and was pregnant. Oprah also faced the challenges of
poverty issues. But her other family members supported her and they offered a better education.
This was the time when Oprah grabbed the opportunity and now she is known as a strong leader
(The Telegraph, 2019).
But after these hardships, she overcomes it with patience and also with a positive attitude. After
facing these challenges, she decided to write her autobiography in which it has been stated that
everyone who achieve success, it only because there is someone there to show you the way out.
It is not important that only family will show the right direction but the correct direction can be
given by the other individuals also. This thought inspired her to bring changes in her own life
and due to this; she changes the negative aspect of her into the positive factors. After analyzing
the surrounding, she decided to be positive towards everyone and now she is one of the
