INTRODUCTION
Organizational Behavior refers to a detailed study of the different types of people who are
working within a particular organization which helps in ensuring that the relevant conclusions
and recommendations can be derived quite effectively and efficiently in the right manner. In this

better understanding can be developed.

Organizational Culture refers to “how things are done around here” and thus this creates
an impact on the core values, underlying beliefs, processes and standards which thrive in an
organization. Thus, in this way it becomes quite important that the organizations are able to
provide a proper consideration to it which will be quite helpful in ensuring that they are able to

Therefore, it is very crucial that the organizations are able to ensure that they can
