Volkswagen company in order to formation of effective working culture in the company in
relevant form. Moreover, this investigation describe about how Volkswagen organisation's
culture, politics and power could make influence on individual and team behaviour within the
firm in sufficient manner. Furthermore, the study refer to the concept and process of theories of
motivation and motivational mechanism enable effective achievement of goals and objectives of
Volkswagen organisation within the firm in more sufficient manner. Beside from it, this study
also defines about to proper understanding of an effective team within the corporation as
opposed to an ineffective team in the company which generates several kinds of circumstances at
the workplace in proper form. This study also apply the concept of organisation behaviour and

organisation, they have different kinds of organisation behaviour at the workplace in order to
running of their several kinds of activities in the business in sufficient form. The organisation
need to follow effective culture at the workplace in order to gaining competitive advantage in the
industry in more effective form.

Organisational culture theory: This is also necessary thing for Volkswagen organisation
in order to select a positive culture at the workplace while functioning their each business

seen which best fit in the organisational power in the relevant manner. Organisational power
defines about to the capabilities to modify the conduct of other individuals or groups in proper
manner. Varied of peoples are working in the organisation and all of they have different-different
power at the workplace in respect to completion of their individual and team task effectively. If a
person have much power than other employees in the company, then, there is possibility of
negative utilisation of their power by their subordinates in the company efficiently. However,
power is the ability to get others to changes their behaviour even if they do not wish to do so

Physiological needs: In the company, this is the basic needs of each employees at the
workplace in order to working well in the company in effective form. These are the basic needs
of air, water, foods, clothing and shelter. This is the basic needs of each employees in their lives
for living sustainable life. So company make efforts to provision of these things effectively from
the organisation to their employees.
Safety needs: This is also critical factor for the company in order to completion of their
each works in the company in relevant form. Safety needs involves some factors which is.
Physical, environmental and emotional safety and protection at the workplace in order to

has been given proper development in their product and services in effective form. Effective
team of Volkswagen organisation has been made decision towards the company according to
needs of situation in their products and services in relevant format (Kinicki, Williams, Scott-
Ladd and Perry, 2014). Effective team of the company is pursuing its critical goals and
