INTRODUCTIONIn this documentation, this assignment defines about to importance of organisation behaviour inVolkswagen company in order to formation of effective working culture in the company inrelevant form. Moreover, this investigation describe about how Volkswagen organisation'sculture, politics and power could make influence on individual and team behaviour within thefirm in sufficient manner. Furthermore, the study refer to the concept and process of theories ofmotivation and motivational mechanism enable effective achievement of goals and objectives ofVolkswagen organisation within the firm in more sufficient manner. Beside from it, this studyalso defines about to proper understanding of an effective team within the corporation asopposed to an ineffective team in the company which generates several kinds of circumstances atthe workplace in proper form.
