The behaviour and performance of the team was influenced through the help of the
positive organizational politics, power and the culture factors (Nuckcheddy, 2018). The teams
will be demotivated if there is the negative culture, power and the politics internal factors. Thus,
the internal factors within the organization were discussed:
Organization Culture – The beliefs and the values of the Asda in current is referred as the
organizational culture. In the organization there is the influence in the productivity and the
performance of the team through four types.
Task culture: In Asda the common goal of the organization was achieved by developing
of the team. To achieve the short and the long term organization objectives the 4 to 5
members team was created (Buchanan and Huczynski, 2019). The assigned task was
successfully completed as the members of the organization share there ideas, talents and

Power culture: The authority of power is in limited person in Asda in the power culture.
In the organization the authorized people were liable of taking decisions. Thus, in the
organization those people will get the special position and the place (Bratton, 2020). The
allotted task was completed by the subordinates effectively and efficiently which was
allotted by them. The superior people do not get the views and the expression of freedom
or right of subordinates in the power culture and the subordinates do not have option to

Person culture: The employees were more important in the Asda in the person culture.
Many of the employees in the organization only came for the money so the people will

the authority in power organization. The employees in the organization will feel motivated,
energetic when the power was used in the positive way by the superiors. There will increase in
the individual and the team performance (Tang, 2019). Employees will demotivate if the
feelings, thoughts, believes and the work was not respected by the superiors which lead in the
ineffective completion of the work. The productivity of the employee and the Asda decreases
due to the demotivation of the employees.
Organization Politics – In the Asda employees self-serving behaviour was referred in the
