satisfaction In 1990s it has decided to set up airline industry which will provide airline services
at low fare and high quality services by applying low cost approach. After applying this strategy,
it growing continuously, now it become world's largest company who get success in growth and
expansion of Ryanair. As it follows macho organisation culture that help to expand the business
all over the world. The Ryanair focused on the Handy’s typology which help to adopt good
organisation culture (Burrell and Morgan, 2017). This model was given by Charles Handy who
