behaviour of employees, customers behaviours towards company growth and profitability. It can

theories which can be used this strategy. This report is based on UNILEVER which
multinational company of UK and its headquarters is situated in London (AnderssonJackson, and
Russell, 2013). They provide food, personal care products, beverage etc. the motive of this report
is analyse how firm culture and policies directly affects on employees behaviours and their
performance. Also understand various theories of motivation and techniques which assist in
accomplishing targets and goals.
