INTRODUCTIONOrganisation behaviour defined as the activities of the business that perform by managementto ascertain employees at workplace. With the help of culture, policies, environment, etc.elements that can be impact on attitude and perception to increase in the great context (Wang,Waldman and Zhang, 2014). In this context, present report based on the BBC independentreview that shows long impact on the organisation. Different issues also facing issues that arerelated with communication and other aspects. There are different employees exists which faceissue by the harassed with other different staff people. Senior manager not giving properattention towards the employees and pay so that it create issue and problem of workers inbusiness. In represent report, culture of BBC by Handy’s Cultural typology in the business. Inaddition to this, it also explains culture, power and politics which could be impact on behaviourof work. Furthermore, study also determines motivation techniques which could be support toimprove effectiveness of team members. It develops several kinds of teams through differentways that build effective team. There are several barriers also exists which impact impressiveperformance in BBC which describes in the present report.
