INTRODUCTIONOrganisation behaviour is the process in which the different people will communicationwith each other in organisation. As the BBC is the largest broadcast media organisation. For better understanding ofculture in the organisation the Charles Handy model describe the culture of BBC in theorganisations. According to these model, culture can be four types in the organisation such as:Power: Organisation build with important key person decision and it will depends on the personpower. In organisation the power remain with higher authority and the decision made by them itwill be final and it may be the situation of the conflicts. The earlier culture of the BBC is notappropriate and the employees problems are not listen by the top management. The more powershown by the worker who are associated with the organisation for a long period of time. Theystarted bullying or Harshening to the new employees. In the BBC the new appointed directorshas taken charge to bring the better organisation culture with more important t decision for BCC.As the power in the organisation will affected to behaviour of employees it will bring theconflicts in the organisations. Due to the decision of the higher authority and the more power inthe organisation will affected on the team behaviour it will directly influence on the performanceof the organisations (Saifi and Shahzad, 2017.).3
In the BBC earlier were the politics culture as the old employees are not behaving better with thenew worker which created huge conflicts in the organisations. The group are created whichmakes more crucial situation at the BBC. Politics: these the most repeated aseptic in the association the focuses influence the twogatherings in the association and struggle to will be emerge in type association. It can be inbetween the employees. Due to such con conflicts organisation is not able to bring the workingenvironment in appropriate manner. The groups will be created and that all the policy inside theorganisation will be breakdown by the employees which will impact on other employees. As thepolitics bring the more adverse situation in the organisation. more politics in the organisationit will be direct influence on the culture. Task culture: In every organisation the team will be form that brings the culture together bydoing certain task. For such team members they brings the culture into the organisation which isonly importance of work. In BBC the task will help to achieve the organisation objectives. Allthe team member have one goal is to achieve the organisation objective. Due to whir they will.Find the most innovative way to complete the task.Person culture: In these culture organisation employees will give important to eh organisationwith this this thought they will do anything for the organisation to achieve the organisationobjectives. As in the BBC the employee are not happy with the organisation and some of thedecision are not according to the employee but their are various key person who bring theorganization on first priority and they are always ready for performing for employees.Role culture: These type of culture describe the employees role and responsibility will bedivided according to their qualification and their potential to performing any task inorganisation. As in the BBC the top management is able to do better roles and responsibility butthe lower level employee are not able to understand their roles and responsibility in theorganisation. So it is important for the BBC to specific employees roles to bring changes in theirculture.In the organisation different culture will affect the behaviour of the employees. As thetask culture will bring the employee together with better bonding with these a positive behaviourcan be identify. Where the role culture will brings the confusion in the organisation in whichtheir roles and responsibility of the employees are not clear will affected on the employeebehaviour in which their value for the organisation will be decrease.
