The group are created whichmakes more crucial situation at the BBC. It can be inbetween the employees. Due to such con conflicts organisation is not able to bring the workingenvironment in appropriate manner. Task culture: In every organisation the team will be form that brings the culture together bydoing certain task. For such team members they brings the culture into the organisation which isonly importance of work. In BBC the task will help to achieve the organisation objectives. Allthe team member have one goal is to achieve the organisation objective. Due to whir they will.Find the most innovative way to complete the task.Person culture: In these culture organisation employees will give important to eh organisationwith this this thought they will do anything for the organisation to achieve the organisationobjectives. As in the BBC the employee are not happy with the organisation and some of thedecision are not according to the employee but their are various key person who bring theorganization on first priority and they are always ready for performing for employees.Role culture: These type of culture describe the employees role and responsibility will bedivided according to their qualification and their potential to performing any task inorganisation. As in the BBC the top management is able to do better roles and responsibility butthe lower level employee are not able to understand their roles and responsibility in theorganisation. So it is important for the BBC to specific employees roles to bring changes in theirculture.In the organisation different culture will affect the behaviour of the employees.
