The authors in this particular work has presented a rhetorical analysis
of the educational settings. He has critically discussed the relation
between the rhetorical information and the communication
technology, presented in all the educational settings, and thus he has
dawns upon the new language of learning. The work is based on the
work of Biesta on the technological learning. Therefore, the particular
paradigm, which the authors has included in this scenario is the
paradigm of Neo humanism. The concept of Neo humanism, in the
information system is used as the developer, being regarded the
emancipator or the social therapist. Therefore, the paradigm,
essentially depends upon the communication process. Hence, while
describing the communication process, in an information system, the
authorss rely upon the Neo human is method, which primarily talks
about and uphold the communication process.

The authors relied upon the primary data to complete the
research. The data for this specific task, was gathered by
conducting a survey among the educational institutes, and the
participants in the data collection process was the trainers and
the managers of the institution.
In order to complete the research the authors has included a
deductive research method and he had included a hypothesis,
and relied on the F Test and the T Test, fir thee data analysis
process. Then the authors has collected data from the
educational organizations in order to explore and conceive
knowledge about the topic.
Essentially, as mentioned before, a hypothesis testing was
employed in order to conducts the research. Both the F test
and the T test were employed in order to explore the
understanding. A survey was involved in the methodology and
then, by employing a deductive approach the collected or the
gathered data were analysed. Therefore, as can be understood,
the whole method was based on the primary data set. Also,
since the work is based on the work of Biesta, therefore, the
authors had also employed a secondary analysis to explore and
evaluated the conclusions.
The conclusions, that the authors had reached to, is that, there
is a trend in the current pattern of the educational setting,
where the, ICT trends are included, and further followed. The
authors has further propounded that there is a radical shift in
the teaching method and in the teaching processes. However,
since there are three other forms of paradigm, the situation
that is presented in this particular work, can further be
challenged. The setting and the information can be explained
by another forms of paradigm as well.

The paper is best matched with the Neo humanism, as have
already been mentioned. Neo humanism wishes to describe
the communication process involved in a situation and also the
flow of information, included in the same.
As per the reading, it is found that the analysis propounds that
there is a new learning process and a new language of learning
involved in the teaching process, at the educational
institutions. The authors has also mentioned that the rhetoric,
connected to the concept of ICT has influenced the teaching
processes and the communication method involved in the
educational institutions, the ICT has also explained the
increasing efficiency and the increasing flexibility involved into
the same. Therefore, depending upon the reading it can be
said that the authors has rightly used the Neo humanism
approach into the understanding of the current patterns of
communication.
