INTRODUCTION Organisation behaviour is defines as a study in order to attract large number of theindividual within groups. It is a scientific method which is applied by management to generatemore efficient and effectiveness of business entity. It is mainly used for HR with the aim ofincrease the output from personal team members (Adeniji, 2011). OB is the application and studyof knowledge & skill regarding how person act within the work environment. It is also identifyas a subset of administration functions concerned with predicting, effecting and knowingpersonal behaviour in business. This report is based on BBC is a service provide company in United kingdom. It wasfounded in 18 October 1922 by John Reith. This report will consider the effect of organisationalpower, politics, culture on team's and individual performance. Different kind of motivationaltheories are also includes in this assignment. At last concept and philosophies of organisationalbehaviour subscribed in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of company in an essentialmanner. TASK 1P1 (A) Using Handy's cultural theory to cover organisational culturalHandy cultural typology: It is identify as an organisation cultural which was established in 1999by Charles Handy. Manger of the business organisation used this aspects according to theirstructure. It is very important and essential part of BBC in order to evaluate whole points whichare covered in this theory. With the use of this, an organisation can easily formulate effectivecultural at work environment.Power culture: In the BBC, there are several kind of employees which are having some power inregards to execute and generate decision (ARI, 2010). There are some person who can providesdifferent advantage to enterprise. As per the Smith Review, cultural power of company will besupportive for judgements makers assessing responsibilities to another so as to done all activitiesand functions earlier period. Role culture: In this aspects, managers of the business entity mainly classified different as per itsspecialisation and capabilities. Main purpose of these aspect is to achieve necessary andavailable resources. With the use of this structure, firm can face different issues, so in thissituation, they tries to give their better in reducing all problems.1
