In today’s dynamic global business world, professional skills expertise and functional
competencies rise on larger scale work growth aspects for wider dynamic evolved
performance expansion. OB has varied effective larger growth bring on best fundamental
scaled up efficacy to leverage best targets. Organisation behaviour theory dimensions bring
on wide range of scope among individuals, for keeping up efficacy parameters active towards
strengthening new scale work for strengthening new range of creative work goal
advancement. OB theory further related to five big personality dimensions, which are related
to openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism . Openness
includes traits such as learning aptitude for gaining new experiences, higher skilful creativity
and imaginative working behaviour with having wide variety of interests. Conscientiousness
relates to behaviour, where people have high degree of conscientiousness reliability and
promptness towards each other at work for attaining best work goals strengths. Traits include
energetic, talkative and assertive which further scale up new range of creative working
diversity at work for achieving best results. Next dimension is based on extraversion, where
energy from interacting with others enables motivation to be worked on where talkative and
assertive working aspects further connect towards pertaining best targets. Organisation
behaviour further heads on focus towards extraversion as crucial aspect in determining
