improving the knowledge of employees by encouraging them towards set goals. Along with this,
Maslow hierarchy theory and acquired need approach is also outlining this project for motivating
staff members towards their job role. Main objective of report is to throw lights on methods used
by organization to reduce cost by promoting knowledge.

mangers can allocate them a day shift timing, and work arrangements should be limber, so that if

with each other and they can help in the group if there are an y hurdle. It is obvious that all the
