INTRODUCTIONOrganizational behavior is the confined study of the human behavior in theparticular situation and condition which help to understand the interaction of the humansin the organization. The present report will cover the influence of culture; politics andpower have on the behavior of others in Samsung. Samsung is the most famousKorean multinational corporation and comprising numerous affiliated businesses and allunited under Samsung brand. This brand is the most developed, innovative and become the global company ofworld and are having 300000+ employees and to manage such a large employee basein almost all the countries of the world. These employees and organizational behavior ofSamsung is the biggest key factor in the company’s success. The report will also throw some light on the content and process theories ofmotivation and the techniques enabling effective achievement of goals of Samsung. Atthe end of the report applying concept and philosophies of oath goal theory ofleadership within Samsung and evaluating the relevance of team development theoriesin organizational concepts and theories.P1 Define how power policies and culture affect the growth of organization and groupperformance.The power and policies plays the effective role in relation to have the desireoutcome in the business enterprise. This will affect the concept of coordination in theorganization. In this manner there can be problem in relation to negative decisionmaking. The business enterprise of Samsung is taking various effective step in relationto have expansion in the business activities with managing the performance of theemployees.It can be defined in the following manner are as- Positive power of influence- in relation to have the expansion of business thins kind ofprocess is very effective with the help of this organization can able to have desireoutcome. In order to make this process the firm has to hire those skilled individual withthe help of which desired objective can be achieved. This is helpful in enhancing theconfidence level of employees so that he can perform all the activities in the expertisemanner.1

Negative types of power- The activities of leader are not so effective due to this thegrowth of the business Enterprise can be hampered. The leadership skill is need toimproved so that all taks can perform in the expertise manner. The training is to beprovided to all the employees so that entity need not to face the downfall in theprofitability of the business enterprise.The hosfested culture decision is to be useful to make the effective comparison between thethings. Motivation is the main reason which influence people action,desire and need and also is the one way to direct the behavior of person (Alavosius andet.al., 2016). Intrinsic motivation is the internal factors influencing motivation like selfconfidence, prestige, desires etc while the extrinsic motivation is the external factorsaffecting motivation like getting appreciation and reward by anyone. There are twobases of differentiation of the motivational theory namely what are the factors whichcause motivation i.e. content theory and how the motivation takes place i.e. processtheory.Content theories of motivation mainly explain all the factors whether internal orexternal which is influencing a person to do a task. Content theory identify what are theneed and how are they related to motivation to fulfill those needs (Anderson, Potočnikand Zhou, 2014). The different types of content theory are Maslow’s need hierarchytheory, Herzberg’s two factor theory and Alderfer’s ERG theory. 2
