It is also found that in organisation if employee do not have the job security and other monetary benefit then it impacts their behaviour and often cause conflicts at work place. It is the responsibility of the Human resources team to analyse the behaviour of the individual and provide the solution as to conduct training and development session, to provide rewarding activities which boosts the morale of employee for developing positive work culture. Theme 2 Impact of human behaviour on success of organization As per the view of authorRawabdeh and et.al (2019) human behaviour have major impact over the organizational success. It is all because of healthy and supportive work place environment to view positive impact on goal achievement. If the work culture do not have strategies for knowledge sharing and transparency, thus in such employee experience lack of motivation, interest towards their work. Productivity of such organization suffers the most. As organizational behaviour impacts the way person makes the decisions. Incentives and other monetary benefits are major factor that encourages the human behaviour at work place, such organization are able to foster innovative work place culture or also to retain their employees. As the way people behave interact and communicate with eachother is the key to organisational success. Author Pratono and Han, (2021) stated that personal characteristics of the individual as their level of education, culturalbelief and abilitiesalso influencethe organisationalbehaviour. If the employee does not feel valued by the employer then it impacts their working approach which also causes the reason for conflictsamong the team members. Thus it is all about the organisation to provide justifiable and inclusive work place environment where every employee values others culture and work in collaboration, it leads their organisation to move forward towards goal achievements. While 8 of the members stated that biases is other factor which changes the individual behaviour, as they said that biases by the employers for particular employees creates conflicts at work place, in such employee always look for other opportunity to leave the organisation. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION It has been evaluated from the above discussion that complexities of human behaviour is mainly found when the work place culture is not positive, such organisation usually suffers in their market field (Mousa, Massoud and Ayoubi, 2020). It has been interpreted from the above that if the work culture do not provide better opportunities to employee to sharp their skills and to enhance their knowledge, then it impacts the individual behaviour and they more likely to feel
move out from the organisation. It is found that if the leadership at the place is not efficient then it impact the level of motivation for employees. Most of the employees do believe that the behaviour of their leadersplays an important role, as if the leaders are not knowledgeable and skill full then they are not able to lead the team in a forward direction. Thus it is found that having a good leadership at work place ensures that the goals are clear and efficiently assigned the job task to the employees. It is found that members of the Tesco have response to various question, as they believe that work place culture is the major factor in impacting their behaviour. It is found that if the biases and unfair treatment at the work place are found it cause the obstacles for the organisation to move forward. It is seen that at work place the main source of motivation is organisational recognition along with the monetary benefit (Batilmurik and et.al 2020). As if the employer at the work place gives benefit to their favourite candidate then it impacts the other employees behaviour, it often develops the reasons for the conflicts. Thus it impact the team work collaboration, in such organisational productivity suffers and they are not able to achieve their desired goals. As the Tesco company is the largest super market chain in the United kingdom market, all because of the great work of their employees. Thus company provides the benefit to the employees as appraisals for the employees based on their better performance which often reflects as a positive work place environment. Such environment is goal oriented and innovative in every aspects. It is also interpreted from the above data that for the employee motivation other benefit such as reward system also gives positive impact, in such employees feels valued and it changes their behaviour towards the company, they always thinks regarding company';s goals and shows their extra efforts in their potential work. Above data also shown that organisational behaviour is the behavioural study of the human behaviour which studies the human interaction and their behaviour towards the others. As for the organisation if the work place do not have inclusive policies where the conflicts among the employees from different cultural background are common. Thus it creates the negative at employee as well as on work system, such firm lack in productivity and their decision making process also badly affects and they are not able to stand in market. Thus it is the responsibility of the human resources team to ensure that every employee is feeling well at work place and does not feel any kind of threat, as for the inclusive practices management team can begin to conduct severalmeetingsandactivitieswhichpromotesthehealthycommunicationamongthe
employees. Also it is important to analyse the employee behaviour to provide them training and development activities which promotes their skills and knowledge. CONCLUSION Fromtheabovereportitisconcludedthatorganisationalbehaviourbenefitsthe organisation to accomplish their goals andobjectives by streamlining their services and products. Above report illustrated that it is up to the businesses to provide the work place culture which ensures their productivity, it is seen that if the employee are not satisfied the reason for this is unfair work place system. It is also discussed the different factors that drives the motivation in person in order to enhance productivity in their work. Following report have illustrated the literature review theme which describe as the complexities of human behaviour at work place which discuss the major factor that changes the human behaviour.
