Advices for the managing director
Synergy Co. is having a good retention level of the employees because the company is
being able to provide and focus on the training aspect for the employees. It is very important to
make sure that there are right working and functioning which the business must have so that
there would be better functioning. Encouragement is not required by the workforce for being in
the company but they need to be motivated enough to be able to make sure that Synergy Co. is
getting in new ideas and methods which is going to make the company be able to make the right
working and functioning (Harland and et.al., 2019). There are no job descriptions which are
given to the employees which is going to make the processing be more slower and make the
company not be able to work according to the standards and working. Contribution of the
workforce has to be strong in order to make sure that there are right working and influence which
the organization is going to have for the company to be able to have higher achievement of the
objectives. Synergy Co. is not having a right way of working and making sure that the company
is being able to have the right performance which is going to impact the overall working (Baker,
Filbeck and Ricciardi, 2017). For the employees to have the safety and security factor be higher
in the company there are a lot of training and other information which is being shared from time
to time so that there are better functioning which the company is going to have.
Maslow's Hierarchy of needs theory needs to be evaluated and implemented effectively.
Needs of the workers must be given importance as well which is promotions and opportunity
growth which is lacking in the company. Training is going to make the employees be able to
reach to the demands of the company but not make the company be able to make sure that there
are right actions which are being taken by them (Bezemer, Nicholson and Pugliese, 2018).
Hiring the right employees is very important in Synergy Co. so that there is good stability which
the company is going to have. It is because of the creativity level of the employees there is no
stable working and differentiation strategy is missing making the company not be bale to gather
the right attention of the clients in market. It is very important for the company to be able to get
in the right working and attention from the clients which are present in the market which is going
to make an impact on the sales and distribution of the products and services of Synergy Co. The
recent changes have got in a higher level of frustration of the workforce which needs to be
