INTRODUCTION
A Organisation Behaviour is study of human or workforce behaviour that suits towards
particular company. The sort mapping of behaviour and attitudes is for individual and team that
propounded from specific task as it provides positive outcomes effective manner (Beatty and et.
al., 2019). The purpose of organisation behaviour to measure and improve certain internal
behaviour of individual employee behaviour on basis of culture for generating favourable
outcomes in better way.
As per this report, the organisation is taken Asda Stores, is trading f British supermarket
retailer that operated from headquarter through Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. The
company was founded in year 1949 and it majorly deals with home made like appliances,
grcerory, food and beverages and other supermarket material products. It generates overall
revenue 21.666 million pounds along with having number of employees 165,000 wo are
currently working in globally. By covering topics in report, about different culture, politics and
power about related towards organisation. Content and Process theory of motivation elaborate
enable to effective accomplish objectives, analysis about effective an ineffective team through
enhance differentiate (Blackstock, Salami and Cummings., 2018). Applying organisational
behaviour philosophies as per situation os business arises.

As per the organisational behaviour is concerned towards about individual behaviour who
works contribute for organisation by attaining better positive outcomes. It also create an better
organisational environment that enhance employee job satisfaction where administration
department looking forwards to maintain work discipline in effective manner. The organisational
culture plays an important roles where it design set of norms in which leaders and manager of
Asda Stores can affiliated through provide better understands to the employees individual and
team. The objective is to making them understand as how they can accomplish objective in an
effective manner. It has its direct impact when where all their actions that leads to overcame by

attaining productivity. Therefore, polices are driven through interrelation where firm is having
politics as well as power to better survive in surrounding (Brohi and et. al ., 2018). In below
there is explain about organisational culture, power and politics that shows how its impact
generates on individual and team behaviour.
Organisational Culture
This is emphasis about to playing daily activities in flexible and smooth manner that
reduces the employees turnover which leads towards social and psychological atmosphere of
United kingdom Retailer business. Through havig perferct culture in organisation can helps to
monitor and control better negative internal and external purpose of behaviour and attributes.

Power Culture: This type of culture is presence at the situation when individual is
eligible to undertaking power and they are sectionised to undertakes all decisions. It
involves several rules and regulation and its appropriate for start ups which is because all
business related decision in Asda Stores is handed over an autonomy power like manager
and executive who mainly control the working operation as well as flexible making
decision.
Task Culture: As per this type of culture, it is mainly forms through task enhancement
oriented to accomplish better aim and objective with having proper clarity by resolve

that team member in equal manner and approach better task as well as performance as
effective manner. In perspective of Asda Stores workplace to better approach to perform

and responsibilities towards attaining better aims and objective. Manager of Asda
