Negative effects of the leadership is the decision taken in the organisation takes longer timer due to research in corporate and understand different perspective which makes the decision making process slow. This leaders ship requires the retraining of employee , as mangers, supervisors and executives not know the way how to think due to which the organisation has to spend more money on the retraining of personnel as how to think in ways that organisation requires(Broome, Izura and Lorenzo-Dus, 2018). Another positive effect is it handles the crises situation as the expertise leaders solves the problem of the crises. Consof the autocratic leadership style is that it leads the organisation to micro management, the leaders often are not able to concern about the each and every supervisor work management properly done in the organisation.
