INTRODUCTION
Organizational behavior is the study of individuals who perform the task in different styles and
objectives. Further study will be discussing different aspects of individual behavior. It relates with
employees and about the workers who working for the organization profit and growth. In current scenario
development and digital technology influence employees or group to adopt new skills or knowledge.
Present report based on the organizational behavior of Adidas company. It is the German multinational
company which is well known for its smart products and services. It deals with sports shoes and other
sport accessories. Furthermore, it will also discuss about the different culture and values influence the
work of employees. Besides, various motivational theories in different forms also introducing this report,
problem solving and team work also helps to accomplish the organizational objectives. Moreover, whole
assignment will divide into parts in terms of explaining the organizational behavior.

P1 Analyze the organization culture, politics and power which influence individual team and
behavior.
In modern era where organization and behavior has been increasing continuously. It organizes
various opportunity and business ideas which gives positivity in business environment. Moreover, on the
basis of which organization needs to adopt diverse environment in order to make different and
productive working environment in the company (Miner, 2015). Organization consist different nature
of human beings in the business which makes variety of productive employees. There are small or big
organization in which many individual working which belongs from different culture and religions.
Moreover, politics, culture, religion influence individual or group of teams as well. Positive power in a
company business provides positivity in between all individuals. Good productive employees also
rewarded by the appreciation, rewarding employees, strong performance. Positive power build
confidence between employees and give enthusiasm to perform task in more productive way.
Moreover, this helps to reduce employee turnover of the company as well. Besides, other culture or mix
culture influence individual and their behavior among each other’s. different culture people influence to
work together in productive manner. On the other hand, positive workplace politics is the tool through
which employee get to learn so many things in order to handle the organization uncertainties. Besides,
this motivates to produce quality work for the company better performance. On the other side, negative
politics gives negative impact on the individuals or on workforce (Luthans, Luthans and Luthans
2015). Overall, individual learns from the senior group leaders and give their own best performance for
the company. These overall factors and different cultural environment gives different opportunities to
make company more popular and effective. Different culture gives different creativity and ideas.
Individual share his experience and working methods to build good team building among other
employees which provides better way of performance. Overall, positive behavior encourages new
learnings which gives better outcomes. Every employee helps to other employees for accomplishing the
task and objectives. This gives positive impact on the behavior of all employees.

their behavior. Some employees motivate and some are demotivated which gives adverse impact on other
