leader is honesty and integrity. It is the
supreme quality of leadership. No real
success is possible for the positive
leaders without honesty and integrity.
Both honesty and integrity are the
ingredients make a person good leader.

Aim
One strategy which can be used by a
positive leader is to enhance the
productivity and wellbeing of the nurses is
promotion of multi-level communication.
The culture of the transparency should be
inspired within the organization. It enables
members of the several departments to
interact with each other whenever required
(Barry, and Wilkinson, 2016).

The positive leaders create the
expectations for the whole segment
concerning communication with each
other, patients, families and individuals of
other healthcare units. The leaders state
the anticipated cultural norms by
practising a role model of organizational
citizen behaviour by coaching, empathy
and staff engagement with the
mentorship (Zayas-Ortiz, et al. 2015).
