INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is described as study of human science which consist of various
factors like behaviour of people at work place what they think etc. It can also be evaluated as the
method which is related with identification, explaining, recognition and analysing behaviour of
workers against the task which have been allotted to them and how effectively they completed
the task. It is the sole responsibilities of Managers in order to identify behaviour of employees in
order to identify their working so firms can achieve growth and development in their ventures.
Plans and strategies should be developed in order to identify complex nature of employees in
order to enhance productivity of firms (Acharya and et. al., 2011). British Corporation
Broadcasting are news channels and they are collecting effectual news and affairs. The under
mentioned report are based on about organisation culture, power and politics that are valuable in
order to identify of employees and people working in a team. Different types of motivational
theories are also mentioned in the report.

P1. (A) Handy's culture typology in order to determine organisational culture
Handy's culture typology consist of four main cultures which are evaluated below as:

Handy’s Culture is one of the most valuable theory which was given by Charles Handy in
1999. The higher authorities should adopt organisational culture according to their structures.

BBC are essentially focusing on adopting four cultures that were mainly given by Smith. The
study of these culture are valuable in order to implement activities in systematic way at work
place. The main factors of theories are described as:
Power Culture: This is the most valuable component at work place. The main objective
of each firms are related with earning higher profitability and market shares. The business who
are running their operations at smaller and large scales are dividing their operations equally
among their employees and they are given power in order to take part in the decision making
process. At BBC there are many employees who are using their skills and capabilities in order to
achieve gaols and objectives. There are many employees who are capable of taking effective
decisions according to the situations. According to views of Smith power culture is important
task in order to take decision which are valuable for achieving growth and prosperity for
business.
Role culture: Mangers should make plans in order to analyse skills of employees and
according they should assigned them targets which they had to achieve. The main objective of
role culture is linked with effective use of all the resources which are available in the economy
thus productivity can be greatly enhanced. BBC are given challenges to their employees in which
they had to achieve success by using their knowledge and skills.
Task culture: The main purpose of executing business operations is related with
achieving all their aims and objectives which have been set by them. There are special task
designed for employees which they had to achieve in order to grow. According to smith The
main aim of this culture is related with solving all issues which are faced by employees as they
are affecting performance of organisation.
Person Culture: This factor is linked with hiring skills and talents who can effectively
perform all business operations thus enhancing sales and profitability of firms. In this employees
are mainly focused on achievement of their personal goals then working for organisational goals.
(B) The influence of culture, politics and power on behaviour of workers in organisation
In this modern world each business are making plans in order to develop strong relations
among mangers and workers in order to execute their working in effectual and planned ways by
which firms which attain success in their operations. (Armache, 2012). The behaviour of
employees are work place are most important aspects as it helps in development of positive
working environment where all workers will be cooperating with one another This is valuable
