 Restaurant are adopting versatile technologies for
catering to their customers and ordering transactions
as inventory to suppliers in a better manner.
 While adopting this change management procedure at
the current restaurant various changes has to be
accommodated by employees, managers, suppliers
and other stakeholders.
 Communication for justifying changes to be made can
help introduce automated process in a better manner.
INTRODUCTION

 Microsoft Surface will help cater to large number of
customers.
 It will reduce unproductive time lost while waiting for
customers to place orders for waiters.
 It will help cut cost related to supplier ordering time.
 The new system can help placing correct order of
customers.
 Automated system will help change whole existing
process for a new process.

 The new change has to be accommodated by
