BY identifying own strengths and weaknesses they can decrease and remove weaknesses by taking corrective actions. By application and applying these principles, an organization can enhance and increase their communication practices like talking, listening and perform all functions and activities that involves in messages. The marketing director of this company has to face several problems like cultural, attitude and technical communication barriers. So it is important to focus on integrity and simplicity of communication. According to these principles, message should not have includes complex and difficult word and technical word. It should be easy and understandable with the main aim of coordinate and interact with each other. LO 5 Evaluation of communication practice of others and themselves There are various communication practices which can help the company if they focus on performing all the things according to all practices. Some practices of an effective organizational communication includes creating plan and strategies, utilizing an accurate and authenticate communication tools, make a fun working environment, encourage collaboration, response quickly . By evaluating all practices of an effective communication of others and themselves, an organization can facilitate interdepartmental communication within an organization. (Bahr and et.al., 2017) It is evaluated that quick response practice of communication make all employees able to solve difficult problems. There are 2 members involved in an communication process such as an individual and a person who send messages is called sender and other one who receives messages is called receiver. When receiver focus on quick response practice and give quick reply of messages of other departments messages and customers queries thenit can make senders feel more valued and respected. This coordination can help them in improving their interpersonal relationship and also can reduce errors from work. An effective organizational culture play an important role in making understand all employees as what the company wants to achieve and what they contribute the company in accomplishing their goals. The main reason of communicational barriers is misunderstanding and undefined and unclearroles and responsibilities and lack of interpersonal relationship. With evaluating and developing a strong organizational culture, the company can solve all these problems and achieve their goals.
