Introduction
Business communication is the formal level of communication and it takes place within the
business. Its s important to have transparent business communication so that company can
achieve its objectives. This report will shed light on the theories of the organisational
commination. Further it will analyse barriers of communications and also how these barriers will
be overcomes.

Theories of organisational communication
Bureaucracy-
It is one of the most popular communication theories. As per this theory companies are
following formal structure (Vdovychenko, 2019). According to this theory if any employee in
the company has any problem, then they have to first communicate with their upper person or
their reporting manager then only it can reach to top level. Lower level of employees is not
allowed to communicate directly with the top management of the company. In the organisation
formal structure prevails so that is why every employee has to follow set of rules and regulations
in the organisation. Employees are also not allowed to share their opinions and they have
followed the instruction gives by their managers or leaders. It builds chain of command and feels
that communication should flow from top level to lower level only. Under this organisation are
very strict with their workers and do not give them any flexibility.
Barriers of communication
Inability to listen-
This is the biggest communication barriers often people have tendency to speak only but
they do not listen to other and because they do not listen so that is why they do not accomplish
goals. Effective communication is brought by active listening only (Todorut, 2019). An

many people which did not listen so that is why they don’t know the importance of vaccine and
