organisation creates positive environment at the workplace and employees are motivated to work efficiently. Actor network theory (ANT)-actor network theory is a theory which can be applied by an organisation. This theory help managers in understanding the way their departments are working and improvements can be done so that they can perform efficiently and targets can be accomplished (Selvi and et.al., 2019). Cognitive dissonance theory –cognitive dissonance theory means mental conflict that occurs when a person’s behaviour and beliefs do not align. Cognitive dissonance causes feeling of unease, tension and people did not feel comfortable. Dissonance help people change and grow in positive ways. communication can be fulfilled. People are not getting vaccinated because they are having negativeimagethatvaccinehassideeffectsanditisharmfulforhealth.Barriersof communication are, physical barrier, emotional barrier, information barrier, attitudinal barrier and cultural barrier. It is important to find solution for overcoming these barriers so that people can understand positive impact of vaccination and it is not harmful for health (Villa, Gonçalves and Odong, 2017). Physical barrier-physical barrier refers to the conditions that act as a block and prevent effective communication. This is an issue which creates problem while interaction. When campaign is organised for motivating people to get vaccinated then people say that they are not knowing how to book slot and centeres of vaccination is far away. People should not think about centeres or they are not able to reach there. Vaccine is beneficial for their health and help people in protecting from corona virus. Emotionalbarrier-emotionalbarriermeansamentallimitationthatpreventfrom communicating with other people. When people are interacting with different people, some has positive thoughts and some has negative thoughts. After listening to all the views people create an image about a topic like for vaccine people create a negative image that is has side effects. Some people said that it is not being tested and it has negative impact on their health. Few people are scared from vaccine and theyare having half information and on the basis of that they create image (Yap, Abdul-Rahman and Chen, 2017). Informational barrier-informational barrier means people should get proper information about a product or anything. Nowadays, people are more active on social networking sites and they are getting half and wrong information. After listening to half information they create negative image. For vaccination people are getting scared that it is not tested and it is not safe for their health. This is not correct and this occurs because there is lack of effective communication and people created their own view. Language and cultural barrier-another barrier is cultural and language barrier which means people are having different culture and language. It is difficult to satisfy needs of all people and give advertisement in all languages. In UK, most of the nurses who are giving vaccine speaks English. Some cultures are more anxious about vaccine than others.
Government strategies to overcome these barriers There are many barriers which affect effective communication and this creates negative image in minds of people. Vaccination is beneficial for health of people and this helps them in increasing immunity of people. There are different barriers such as, physical barrier, emotional barrier, informational barrier and language and cultural barrier. Some strategies should be applied by government so that people can get correct information and get vaccinated. It is important to get vaccinated because it is beneficial from corona virus. Government strategies help in motivating people. Government should organise some campaigns, give advertisement in newspaper, social media and other so that people can get relevant information about vaccination. It is the responsibility of government to make strategies regarding vaccination. People are having negative thoughts about vaccine that it is harmful for health and it has side effects. This is wrong because vaccine has positive impact and it is made for benefit of people. Government should apply strategy to motivate people to get vaccinated. Some innovative and creative advertisement should be given in newspaper and organise campaigns so that people can get proper information and all their negative thoughts will be removed (Dalton, Rapa and Stein, 2020). Government is responsible for making plans or strategies which is beneficial for the safety of people. Campaigns are organised so that people can get correct information and take decision. Vaccine is beneficial for people and they should get vaccinated. To overcome these barriers government should organise camps for vaccine so that people did not have to go anywhere. Survey should be done by government so that it can be identified that how many people get vaccinated and how many people are remaining.
