INTRODUCTION Organisational communication is the process of sending and receiving formal messages with in the specific environment for the accomplishment of organisational goal. Organisational communication plays an important role in building a good relationship among the employee in the organisation and also helps in interacting with each other effectively(Gonzalez, and Ramírez, 2016).Thisreportpresentstherangeofcommunicationmethodwhichissuitablefor communicating with FPA stakeholders advising them of the decision to relocate their business in the Thailand. This study also defines the two types of verbal communication which is suitable to communicate with the FPA stakeholders such as one to one meeting and group presentation. In this we also describe the four type of the written communication methods such as memo, email, web page and poster for communicating with the FPA stakeholders. TASK 1 1.Verbal communication Verbal communication refers to the process of sharing information with individual through speech. Fisher and Parkel Appliance holding limited company can use this type of communication for the advising the stakeholders for relocating their company in Thailand through various method of verbal communication such as meeting one to one and group presentation. Meeting one to one verbal communication meeting one to one is the important part of verbal communication, in which person talk with each other on one to one basis and share important information individually. FPA company can communicate information about relocating their factory in Thailand with their stakeholder effectively through this one to one meeting type of verbal communication because with help of this method company can share information individually and also take quick feedback in terms of suggestions about relocating business in the Thailand(Hargie, 2016). Group presentation The FPA company can effectively communicate with their stakeholders through making a group presentation which shows all information about the situation such as relocating the business in Thailand in front of the stakeholders.
