members. These are as follows:
Productivity
There are a huge number of ideas are available in the international team. Some
of the workers are providing some innovative ideas (Goldstein & Kearney, 2020). It
helps the company to increase their rate of production. It also helps the company to
enhance their business globally and earns lots of revenue from the market.
Commination
According to Forbes, communication is the most important skill in the
workplace (Chen et al., 2020). Employees should be utilized this power in an efficient
manner. Communication can be very difficult if there is difference in opinion. In
international team, employees can get a good opportunity to handle the conflict
situation with the help of communication.
In case of complex projects, sometimes, employees generally adopt some strategies to
adopt effective communication strategy (Burrows, 2020). Sometimes, they are very closely
attached with the electronic communication process. It helps to increase the success of the
project. It reduces the chances of risk. As a result of that, it increases the production of the
organisation.
There are many challenges that can be faced by the project manager while monitoring
in any project (Sindhumol, 2020). These are as follows:

and mobile applications for team collaboration for clearly defining goals (Hubbard, 2020).
For resolving the improper skills of the team members, a project manager should map all the
skills of the group members to get an excellent outcome. For reducing the risk, a project
manager should conduct thorough research regarding the risks related to a particular project.
He or she should prepare a beforehand for mitigating those risks.
