INTRODUCTION In every organisation is focus on the behavirol of each and every employed in the organisation.In BBC organisation will be focus on the motivational part in the organisation. Becausemotivation is very important nowadays to solve any kind of problems. Motivational theory is usein BBC organisation. In BBC organisation is focus on the different organisational aspect toimprove organisation performance and culture activity. BBC organisation is focus on thedifferent culture in the organisation so improve in the organisation internal work background andexternal culture in the organisation. Task 1P1. A) Organisational culture with BBCIn present time BBC will be flow role culture in the organisation so work done as per the rulesand regulation in the organization. At this time BBC organisation is focus on the role culturalwork with the help of rules and regulation in the organisation. In each and every organisation is focus on the organisation culture is one of the most importantin the organisation so work will be done more effective and effect way. BBC is one of the oldestorganisation in the world. In organisation culture there will be focus on the cultural part in theorganisation. Organisation culture inculcated the expectation, experiences and values this hold intogether in the organisation. According to handy s culture typology power is held by just few individual those areinfluences spread throughout the organisation. It is very important part in the organisation sowork well in the organisation (LA and et.al 2013. .). According to this cultural typology there aresome rules and regulation will be used at the time of this theory use. All the power control byonly one or few persons and other person will do their work in the organisation. Managers of theorganisation made mistakes and no action were taken against in the organisation. Teams in theorganisation never gave the appreciable performance because of their non-efficient leaders(Dobrow and et.al 2013..). This theory not use every ware only few filed in the organisation. Inthis cultural there is a part of the cultural is role cultural or task cultural been used are asfollows:-

Role culture: - The role culture is very important in the organisation. In role cultural isbased on the rules in the company. In the role cultural there will be highly control in theeveryone in the organisation.Task cultural: - In task cultural will be work as a team in the organisation. BBC will befocus on these cultural in the organisation. BBC will be focus on the team work in theorganisation.Person culture :- In persons culture all the work is use with the help od each and everymember in the organisation. Power cultural :- In power cultural there will be focus on the one person power and useother member will be follow one person. Power is allotted only one person in theorganization. P1. Othermember will follow there work in the organisation. Politics :- In each and every organisation politics is very bad. It means group of peoplework together and action together in bad manner and target one person in the organisation. Culture :- In the organisation culture inculcated the internal environment of organizationor working activity. In each and every organisation is effect by these types of cultural. BBC work will be affected byin the organisation. Employees was never given a complete safe and secure environment to work,they were highly dissatisfied with the management of the organisation. Employees of BBC nevergot motivated by their managers and leaders (Kumar and Sundareshan, 2015). Their efficiency towork was side-lined. Power of making decisions was always in the hand of some non-efficientpersons who do not know to make decisions and managed the employees inefficiently.Employees of the organisation never got involved in any decision-making process of the BBC. This all the factor will be effect the organisation. Cultural of the organisation will beaffected by overall all working conditions and power will be affected by the each and everyemployees' work and distribution of work in the organisation. Power will be change the overallmanagement of the organisation (Cross and Carbery 2016). Because good power of use at the
