INTRODUCTIONOrganisational failures refers to inability of company to properly implement establishedplan of action, policies, techniques and practices which is responsible for not achieving desiredtargets in correct manner. It involves the threat of not able to complete required tasks orprocedure in an appropriate way which facilitate to reduce the required of outcomes (Behr and et.al., 2015). The present report is based onDon Dale Detention Centre which can be consider as afacility for juvenile detention in Northern Territory, Australia located in Berrimah in east ofDarwin. This assignment will focus on the reasons behind of failure of given organisation andchanges applied by the same.According to the given case study, it has been analysed that children get abusing andpunishing in an illegal manner which is required to be prevented. It also include the the non-human activities are takes place in organisation as the staff members torture children living theredue to which they get depressed. Moreover, they use tear gas for punishing children andbehaviour is not appropriate which impacts negatively on mental site of people. However, thechildren was afraid of their life, experiencing negative flashback, not stable and many moreproblems were faced by them due to mismanagement of procedures as well as unethical attemptof activities with them. Overall management, stakeholders, directors, police authorities andemployees are responsible for the terrible suffering of children. In addition to this, whileorganisation get suffered from this because it impacts on image of organisation and legalauthorities can cancel their license along with implementing certain penalties on them.At the other hand, the main stakeholders of company are creditors, directors, employees,government including legal authorities, owners, investors, shareholders, suppliers, unions, andthe community from which the business draws its resources (Boyton and et. al., 2015). However,they get suffered as they get less profits because of not earning much benefits as governmentauthorities will not prefer this company for further sending children for taking care of them.Additionally, their interest is about to increase their productivity as well as profitability so thatthey will attain better outcomes which is beneficial for them. They did not deal with people inproper manner and torture them in illegal way which results into strict punishable act ofconstitution of country. Moreover,Don Dale Detention Centre has really serious issues becausethey consider illegal activities for children due to which their license can be cancelled by legalagencies as they are doing a crime.1
