EXPLAINING ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
 Tesco is following hierarchical organizational structures. This structure consists of chain of common from top level
management to lower-level management following all the instructions.
 At the top-level regional manager or executive board president is the head of company takes all the critical or major
decision.
 These are external face of company as representing company in front of all consumers and all around the world.
 At the medium level of second level the managers and other assistants will perform all functions as for marketing,
advertising and funding company.
 At third level the store manager ensures for operating all Tesco stores personals operating in right direction. Furthermore,
at three different level have their different managers namely the food and non-food trading manager and HR manager.
