INTRODUCTION
Organisational theory defines to set of concepts which are interrelated, meaning that
describe behaviour of sub groups or group and individuals, who communicate with each other
for activities performing intended towards achievement of common business goals. It is also a
theory studies the impact of social relations between individuals in organisation with their
actions. In this business consider effects of external and internal environment like legal, political,
cultural and many more on organisation. Organisational practices transform values and ideals in
company's culture into actions which are practical or movement which keep business running
actively and other essentially on upward trajectory in concepts of profits margins and business
(Abbas, 2020). Below report is based on Deliveroo company, it is based on food delivery and
online food ordering which is founded in 2013 in London, UK. They serve their services in
various areas and cities that are France, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, Australia and more hundred
locations. They operate business with more than 30,000 employees and their key people are Will
Shu at CEO position, Greg Orlowski Dan Winn at CTO position, Rohan Pradhan at COO
position. Company generate more than 476 euro million every year. Below report includes
