culture to work for the common goals i.e. organizational goal. It is necessary for each and every
individual to behave in a way that it does not affect the operations of the business. However,
organizational behaviour plays an important role in making people understand the behaviour to
be adapted at workplace. This will not only help the individual but the company as whole. The
present report is based on the case study of GSK which is a well known global healthcare
company. The organization works with a motive to offer quality care services to the patients. The
document is going to enlighten the culture and structure of this organization with a purpose to
understand the overall organizational structure. In addition to this, the factors are also about to
discuss which can influence the behaviour of the employees at workplace (Buitendach and De
Witte, 2005)

groups are formed to attained the organizational objectives and goals. The formal groups are
formed to perform certain work in the organization. Example of informal groups can be interest
and friendship groups which are created for the support and growth of employees.
Group behaviour: The group behaviour of the employees are positive in the case of
GSK. Here the employees are ready to work with each other. This helps in attain the group goals
in an effective manner. In addition to it, this also helps in forming good social relations among
the employees which helps them to concentrate on their work and social relations as well.

As per the case study, the stated firm requires on working the teamwork in order to attain
the goals of the company. There are certain factors which can be adopted by the management of
GSK which are stated below (Leeflang, Verhoef and Freundt, 2014).

help of this tool the ideas and knowledge among the employees are exchanged. This helps them
