INTRODUCTIONOrganization behavior is the study of the performance of the individual and the group ofthe people in order to create the effective business environment for the accomplishment of theorganizational goals and the objectives. The behavior of the study is to understand the purpose tomaximize the output with the help of the various components which are essential to determinethe effective use of the organizational resources. This report critically evaluates the structure andthe culture of the various types of the organization which impact the performance of thebusiness. The various factors and the approaches are adopted in order to evaluate the variousperspectives to manage and motivate the employees to effectively accomplish the various goalsof the organization. Morrison's has chosen in this report in order to study the variousperspectives. It helps to understand the various aspects which ensure that the behavior is theessential aspect which ensure that the organization effectively attain the objectives.1.1Different organizational structure and culture and its examplesThere are different organization which have the different cultures and the structure inwhich they carry out the various operations in order to meet the different objectives of theorganization in an effective and efficient manner. The organization structure is the set throughwhich the informati aims and the objectives (Reich and Hager, 2014). Various structure of theorganization which are involved in the present scenario according to which the organizationcarry out the various operations. There various structures are discussed underneath:Functional structure: These are the common structure which is followed commonly inthe current scenario of the working environment. The structure is formed as per the specificfunctions these individual perform in the structure. These generally include the human resources,accounting and the other functions which are necessary to carry out the various operations. Theyare distinguished as per their functions. For example the key function of Morrison does includethe production, marketing and the personnel and various different functions.Product Structure: These structures are specifically organized as per the structure of theorganization. They fall under the specific structure and the organization product category.
