Abstract
The main aim of this report is to evaluate the importance of CSR in the company. In the
organization CSR plays an essential role which has been elaborated in this report. The main of
the CSR is to contribute to the society also when the company is using their resources. It is
corporate self-regulation which contributes to the environment and the social ethically oriented
practices (Lee, et al., 2013). From the findings it is evaluated that CSR is very essential in every
company not only just because they are contributing to the society but also they help in
controlling the cost, attracting the more customers, improving the brand of the company and to
facilitate the long term success.
