1Introduction In the current business environment, it is evaluated that competition level is enhancing day by day in every sector. It is essential for the organization to take into consideration all the functions so that it can be easy to sustain in the competitive environment. There are various issues that are faced by the organization and due to those issues; the impact is seen in the overall activities. The issues that are faced by the organization are structural problems, communication and the problems related to management and also it is seen that it is difficult to adopt change (Cameron and Green, 2015). The internal and external factors of the organization are decided by the organization as there is no fixed approach related to management. It is important for the company to analyze that there is proper flexibility so that the changes can be adopted easily as it will help to conduct the activities according to taste and preferences of the consumers (Bradley, 2016). It is evaluated that organizations that are not flexible face difficulty at the time of maintaining proper target market and also they are unable to achieve the competitive advantage. In this paper, a case is related to a women appraisal business that is known for its popularproducts. In this, the emphasis will be given to the problems that are identified and also the solutions that should be considered so that issues can be resolved easily. Recommendations will also be made for the company so that activities can be conducted smoothly. Issues Faced by the organization By evaluating the overall case study it is seen that there are many problems that are managed by the organization so that activities can be conducted smoothly. The issue that is identified in the case study is that the products are given back to the customers just because of the low quality. It is important for every organization to maintain the quality of products so that growth can be achieved by the company (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). Casual Togs has to face loss due to the products refunded by the customers. Casual Togsface a challenge at the time of attracting the customers to the products that are given in the market. It is analyzed that the outcome of this issue is that there is a loss in the total revenue of

It is evaluated in this case that company faces a high level of competition in the apparels industry and also the new products that are introduced in the market (Bolman and Deal, 2017). Human resource department is also one of the issues of the company. It is not easy for the organization to attract suitable candidates for the job post. It is seen that the halt that has taken place in the distribution channel is because of the less qualified person who can supervise the project of construction. There are two designers in the organization who has given resignation. It has given negative impact on the overall productivity of the nine centers in the organization (Hill et al., 2014). Andy Johnson, the budget manager and Sol green the market analyst is not able to communicate with each other. It is just because of the communication problem among the employees in the organization. There are many problems that are analyzed in the case that shows that executives of the organization are disappointed. For instance: There are various changes that are objected by the vice president, Judy as it is said that they are costly. One of the issues is also related to the operations as it is analyzed that competitiveness is declined and the employees of the organization resist the changes (Cummings and Worley, 2014). Next issue is when Andy rejected the suggestions that are given by his assistant, Bill Smith. The suggestions are related to the new approaches that help to analyze the sales printouts so that sales can be easily increased. Causes of the problems The issue about the company is that the customers who are old are reducing and the customers are giving the goods back to the company just because of the quality which is low. Next issue that is related to Casual Togs is human resource management. By analyzing the case study it is seen that there is lack of equal opportunities for the employees to grow. It is also evaluated that impact is also on the overall organizational commitment of the employees that give impact on the productivity level (Talib et al., 2011). The commitment level is important to be maintained in the organization so that positive impact can be seen on the profits of the organization.
